Vincent joined the Board in February of 2021 and heads the Building and Facilities committee. He is currently the CEO of One Luxury Limited, an international award-winning property development company based in Mauritius and has occupied several senior executive leadership roles during his career. His most recent role included that as member of the Group’s executive leadership team of The Unlimited Group in South Africa, a financial services company marketing annuity-based products. Vincent also has over 10-years of banking experience including roles as Head of Corporate Banking of Bank One Limited. He has been a representative of Bank One at various business summits and was an active member of bank’s executive leadership team on several executive committees. Prior to joining Bank One, Vincent formed part of the lending team at Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited developing large scale property development and end-user funding solutions during his tenor in the Specialized Finance and Lending Division. Vincent also has experience in the logistics sector where he headed one of the Group’s key account for Hewlett-Packard / Compaq within the specialized logistics division of the RTT Group (Pty) Ltd, one of the largest courier companies in Africa. Vincent holds a BCom Finance degree from the University of South Africa and currently has two children at IPS.
