Although this is my first year at IPS, this is my tenth year working as a full-time teacher; I worked in a variety of teaching role and in classrooms at every level from Pre-K 3 to Grade 9 in Europe, Hong Kong, Turkey, and Thailand before coming to Mauritius.
As a French teacher, I am particularly passionate about teaching the language as a communication tool. I think that an inquiry and concept-based instruction is particularly adapted to that and after witnessing with my own children how smart that type of teaching was, I am very excited to finally work in a PYP school and be part of the IPS team.
