Governance Framework

Since August 2022, International Preparatory School (IPS) has merged with Northfields International High School Limited and is now governed by the Northfields Board. Northfields and its Subsidiaries are led by a committed Board, which has the ultimate collective responsibility for the overall strategy, governance, and review of the various schools and associated entities. The Group operates within a defined governance framework that allows for the delegation of authority and clear lines of responsibility without abdicating the Board’s responsibility. The Board has established a number of Committees that provides assistance and expertise to the Board in matters affecting the Schools ongoing operations. Through this governance framework, the Board establishes the strategic directions of the School and has entrusted the day-to-day running of the Schools to the Senior Management Team. The members of the Senior Management Team have their performance evaluated and monitored against set objectives, policies and Key Performance Indices.

Corporate Secretary

Navitas Corporate Services Ltd provides a wide range of corporate secretarial, administration and advisory services to the Group. All Directors and Senior Management have access to their advice and services. Navitas Corporate Services Ltd is also the primary channel of communication between the Group and its Shareholders.
